عاد فادي الهاشم زوج الفنانة اللبنانية نانسي عجرم للواجهة من جديد بعد أن أصدر قاضي التحقيق الأول في جبل لبنان نقولا منصور، قراره الظني بحق فادي حيث تمت إدانته بجناية القتل طبقا للمادة 547،والمادة 228 من قانون العقوبات والتي تتراوح عقوبتها ما بين 15 و20
وتنص المادة 547 على أنه من قتل إنسانًا قصدًا عوقب بالأشغال الشاقة من خمس عشرة سنة إلى عشرين سنة، تكون العقوبة من عشرين سنة إلى خمسة وعشرين سنة إذا ارتكب فعل القتل أحد الزوجين ضد الآخر.
أحد المحامين المتابعين للقضية منذ بدايتها، قد فسر القرار الظني الذي أصدره قاضي التحقيق الأول نقولا منصور، بحق زوج نانسي عجرم، في قضية اتهامه بمقتل الشاب محمد موسى عمدا، وأكد المحامي أن قرار قاضي التحقيق أدان بالفعل فادي الهاشم بتهمة القتل العمدي استنادا للمادة 547 ،التي تصل عقوبتها إلى 20عامًا، بينما المادة 228 من قانون العقوبات، تشير إلى حالة الدفاع المشروع عن النفس، وهو ما سيجعل محكمة الجنايات في جبل لبنان هي من لها سلطة الفصل في الأمر وإصدار الحكم المناسب.
وتعود تفاصيل القضية إلى شهر يناير من العام الجاري، بعدما قام زوج نانسي عجرم، الدكتور فادي الهاشم، بإطلاق الرصاص على مقتحم منزله ليلاً فأرداه قتيلاً بحوالي 16 رصاصة، وترافق ذلك مع نشر فيديوهات من الحادث حيث أثارت القضية الرأي العام وجدلاً واسعًا على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي خاصة مع رواية عائلة القتيل.
وكان فادي الهاشم قد قال في الفيلم الوثائقي “الرواية الكاملة” الذي عرض عبر منصة شاهد قبل عدة أشهر، والذي يكشف تفاصيل جديدة عن حادث اقتحام منزل النجمة اللبنانية نانسي عجرم؛ إن سبب إطلاقه 18 رصاصة في جسد الشاب محمد الموسى، هو مفاجأة اقتحام منزله التي جعلته لا يفكر في أي شيء سوى حماية عائلته.
وأكد أنه عندما بدأ المتهم بإطلاق النيران، لم يفكر فادي وقام بإطلاق النار هو الآخر من الجهة المقابلة له، وأطلق مجموعة طلقات بدون تفكير، خاصة وأن المتهم دخل إحدى الغرف المظلمة فلم يراه فادي جيدًا، وظل يطلق النار دون أن يدرك هل أصابه أم لا، مشددًا على أنه فعل ما يتوجب عليه لحماية عائلته، وأنه لا يعتبر نفسه مجرما
